Chelsay Brooke went back to school this week.

I tried my best to keep her home,

mainly for selfish purposes considering she keeps me warm at night....

Pretty sure a heating blanket is my next investment.

Let me also say my sister is going to change the fashion industry.

The Lord is showing her ideas and inspiration that is going to ROCK our world.

After all He created the universe, He totally cares about the perfect skinny jean.

I read something from Creflo Dollar last week about how the Lord puts certain people in our lives.

Let me just let him tell you..

"There are people God has “hooked” us up with, who are there to impart into and impact our lives so we can do what God has called us to do. It may be their wisdom, expertise, or knowledge that can help us or it may be a specific anointing on their lives that God wants to develop in us. We must be able to recognize and honor covenant relationships because they are bridges to our success and prosperity."

God is just smart.

Now for heart sharing time.

Let me just put it out there and share with you something God has been after me about.

Limiting Him.

Ugh.

Yep. I so have. I mean, its one of those things where you try not to.. you mean well. But you just sort of manage to hold on to what you think GOD thinks is best.

Imagine that. Me, telling God, Jehovah Jireh, whats best for my life.

Nice try Linds.

So here's some of my heart. Lets all grow in the mercy and grace of a Limit LESS Father.

"I am doing something in your days that you would not believe, even if you were told."

(Habakkuk 1.5)

I lay hold of this verse. I claim it as mine.

Lord, you are working behind the scenes. You have a better plan for me. Better. Larger. Greater.

To a greater degree. More. To increase. To improve upon. Surpass. Exceed. Wiser.

What I think is right and good...

Your word says "I have better for you."

What I think seems best...

You remind me You're wiser.

When I think I have just enough..

You say "But I have more."

When I look around at the goodness of your favor...

You pick me up, take my hand, and say

"My child, I will provide for you a better life than you ever imagined."

Superabundantly, far above.

Whew.

For he satisfieth the longing soul, and filleth the hungry soul with goodness.
