Agape.

1 Corinthians 13.
Let us put into practice what it truly means.
(buy me flowers for no particular reason)
Holy. Perfect. Wholehearted Love.
"When the presence of God grows in your life, you walk into rooms
and the atmosphere changes. All through Love."

48 Years.

Snow Days. Craft Days.

Snow days numero cinco? Something like that.
One loses count after like 3. Hey-O.
What did YOU do on your snow days?
Me?
Ate. Napped. Crafted. Read. & Spent sweet time with some precious friends.

That's how I roll.

Let me show you a new fav.

Ezekiel Muffins.

Oh Em Gee.

I'm trying out these Egg Beaters....

(makes me feel healthier, don't judge)

Spinach. Garlic. Onion. Egg Beat-ah.
Mix. Mix.
(pretty smelly, but yummy)

Wah-La.

I'm a fan. My other usual is peanut butter DUH.
However...
It's good to shake up your routine sometimes.
Ya dig?

After this week I've just been so completely inspired.
I really am. During a Biore strip sesh today I was thanking the Lord for His peace.

I've been laughing and smiling more than I have since I was a little girl.

"Those who look to Him for help will be radiant with joy; no shadow of shame will darken their faces."
Psalm 34.5
(thanks Cort)

God has shown Himself so clearly to me.
His LOVE.
Real love.
1 Corinthians 13 style.

Soon enough my husband will come.
But right now, in this season, I'm going to envelop myself in the love of my Savior.

His timing is perfect.

Trusting.
Resting.

"but those who trust in the Lord will lack no good thing."

Boomshakalaka.

My Snow Bunny Babes.

Hayden turns 6 March 30th.
I'm gonna need you to slow it down lil momma...
Got it sassafrass?

Life is a gift.
I am thankful for all the that the Lord IS and has and continues to show me.
whew.
The pastor I have the honor of being under, my precious family, the friendships i've cultivated... this year, my life, has much in store.
He has the best plan.
Already such a a year. New job, New friends (the forever kind)
More reading, hiking, thrifting, crafting...
But, above all else I'm hoping to know and love my Creator more.
Knowing that trusting in Him, all things will fall into place.

These are a few of my favorite things.

It all started on Super Bowl night.
My new friend Lauren...
While snacking on some Litehouse Homestyle gluten-free dip she recommended, a laugh or 35, AND figuring out we both have alot of similar interests... #Godisgood.
I laughed about about us having a show called...

"Better Living"
with Lauren & Lindsay

Genius.
I know.

(it's the Lord, i'm tellin ya)

Here's our rhema:

"Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised.
{Proverbs 31.30}
Virtuous Women. Supernaturally Living. Kingdom Minded. Loving Jesus. Loving People. Growing In Spirit. In Faith. In Health. In Fashion. Always in the Right Place at the Right Time.
Makin' God Look Good.
Beloved, I pray that in all respects you may prosper and be
in good health, just as your soul prospers.
{1 John 1.2}"

Find us on facebook.

Now for not only one favorite.

How's 10 for good measure?

After all He's a more than enough God.
1. Stila Smudge Pots. Favorite Liner. Doesn't budge.
2. Tarte Cheek Stain. (I don't leave home without it)
3. Too Faced Mascara. Best ever for naked blonde lashes.. even won over Kristen Wiley who is like the make-up guru. (just watched eat. pray. love. guru is just a fun word to say)
4. ESSIE Nail Polish in Geranium. Look in most any photograph of me and you will see its my signature.
oo la la
5. Denim Jackets. They seriously go with everything. Everything. Mine is Gap $10 at a thrift store. Favah.
A must have for any stylish babes wardrobe.
6. ASAP. Silversol. I'm trying this out because I like to try new things. One perk it lasts forever and it's supposed to naturally smooth out the skin. Um, yes please.
7. Peanut Butter & Chocolate. Natural Peanut butter please.... add chocolate? Manna from heaven.
8. Bare Minerals Warmth Bronzer. Love it because it gives me a tan. I mean who doesn't want that? Also it has a dewy effect. Praise thee Lord for tan dewy skin.
9. Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar. I won't lie, it's nasty ok?
But if maintaining a healthy weight, natural energy, and beautifying your body from the inside out sound good to you, drink it up yo. Do it.
10. Moroccan Oil Curl Cream. Every curly-headed girls dream. Doesn't weigh your curls, & revives your hair.

Seriously I'll stop at 10.

Try em' out, thank me later.

I know you will.

Sew Sow.

Believe me. I am working on my blogging skills. You think
mine is snazzy... check out my friend Audrey's beauty.

Now that girl is witty, crafty, AND loves me unconditionally. If you know anything about what the Lord has redeemed in me that is a real big deal. Mmkay.

With Visions on the mind and the upcoming New Year's goodness, this girl...
...has had quite the month. I mean seriously. God is so good guys. He continues to show me more of who He is and How big and mighty His ways. And guess what? Shocker. His ways are higher than mine.

Understand this friends, if you fix your eyes on the Creator He will lead you to your place.
YOUR PLACE.
For years I searched for my place. From drinking, lying, cheating, stealing, sexing it up, a failed marriage from California to Missouri and back again.
Yep, I just totally called myself out.
Know why I can say it so boldly? FRIEND I've been washed by the blood.
I've been set free.
I'm just learning to trust. Now listen, I can pull up Kyler and Hayden's baby pictures and cry. Hard.
But I pull myself together, and I claim the blood over my babies and tell satan what a big stupid loser he is and
 guess what?
My God says "I will RESTORE the years the locusts have eaten"

RESTORE.

Thats what Jesus is all about.

And as I learn this blogging thing. May you just get to know more of my heart.

I'll even get better at picasa along the way...

But this is my heart. That you seek the Lord.
My prayer is that my life changes and impacts others.

I want to share the gospel.

Period.

Let the earth's Master Craftsman guide your steps.
Believe in His Mercy. Lean on His Grace.
Daily I count on His perfection of my life.
 I choose joy.

Joyful. Confident. Expectation.

We have a covenant with Him. He is meeting ALL our needs.
 He's drawing us to Himself.

Jeremiah 31.3 He tells us..

"I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you."

He doesn't just say I will love you.. He says I will love you forever. " I am drawing you to myself."

That verse has just stuck out to me. He's such a personal God.

Reminding myself daily.

It is discipline, because there is work for us to do. It is grace because the life of God which we enter into is a gift that we can never earn... discipline in and of itself does not make us righteous, it merely places us before God..

(The transformation is God's work)

Seriously, that's like a re-reminder for me. Read the Word friends. It will CHANGE you.
You don't have to do the Work.
The Word does the work.

Try it, its like an unlimited time offer.
What else are you going to do watch American Idol?
Pretty sure most of America has tivo anyway..

So.. do it. to it.

I'll wrap this bad boy up so be patient with me as I journey through out this blogging adventure.
(I totally dig sharing my heart with you p.s.)

Working on getting more pictures..
Can I get a Hallelujah?

Goal: Learn to be more crafty & sew.

Whammy.

I'm your Huckleberry.

Snow Day.
The majority of my Vision List complete.
6 hours later.
"Where there is no vision, the people perish."

Thank you Lord for clear vision.
Kingdom Minded Vision.
Supernatural Vision.

"He has given us richly (ALL) things to enjoy."
1 Timothy 6.17

Such a good restful day.
I'll be honest, I don't mind a good snowed in day.
In my pjs.
Didn't even floss. Shhh.
Days like today welcome rest.
In a hurry to go no where.
Bake those cookies.
Take an extra long bath.
Give your babies extra lovin'.

Watch Tombstone with your dad till 1 am.....

Kurt Russell is a major babe.
That's right.

I leave you with the message version of Galatians 5.22-23

"But what happens when we live God's way? He brings gifts into our lives, much the same way that fruit appears in an orchard-things like affection for others, exuberance about life, serenity. We develop a willingness to stick with things, a sense of compassion in the heart, and a conviction that basic holiness permeates things and people. We find ourselves involved in loyal commitments, not needing to force our way in life, able to marshal and direct our energies wisely."
